This Schedule sets out the details of the Promotion.
The Schedule must be read together with the Terms and Conditions of Entry below.
Promotion Type: DIY July Creative Competition
Game Type: This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner(s).

Permit Numbers: NA
Relevant State(s): All Australian States and Territories.
Promotion Period:
The Promotion starts on 1st of July at 5:00pm 2026.
The Promotion closes on 31st of July at 11:59pm 2026.
Entries submitted outside of this period will not be
accepted.
Eligible Persons:
An individual is an Eligible Person if they:
1. Are an Australian resident; and
2. Are 18 years of age or older.
Employees, contractors, officers, directors and
immediate family members of Einhell Australia Pty
Ltd, and any agencies or organisations directly
associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to
enter.
Immediate Families means spouse, parent, natural
or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or
adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the
same household.
Verification Requirements: The authorised account holder of the Instagram account used to enter the Promotion is deemed to be the entrant. The authorised account holder is the individual assigned to the Instagram account used to submit the entry. The Promoter may request proof of account ownership before awarding a prize.
Entry Procedure:
During the Promotion Period, entrants must:
a) Be an Eligible Person;
b) Follow @ozito_diy on Instagram;
c) Create and publish original DIY content
on Instagram;
d) Tag @ozito_diy in the content; and
e) Ensure the submitted content remains
publicly visible during the Promotion
Period.
Entries must showcase the entrant’s own original DIY project, idea or creation. For an entry to be valid, the submitted content must be publicly visible and the Promoter must be able to access the entry during the Promotion Period. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that cannot be viewed due to account privacy settings, incorrect tagging, technical issues or other platform limitations.
The five (5) winners will be selected by Einhell Australia Pty Ltd based on the creativity, originality and uniqueness of their submission. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If a potential winner is deemed ineligible, has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, or does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select another eligible winner.
Competition Prizes: Five (5) winners will each receive one Ozito Weekender Pack. Each prize is valued at $299 AUD. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Entry Restrictions:
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Entrants must be Australian residents.
• Entrants must follow @ozito_diy on Instagram.
• Entrants must create and share original DIY
content.
• Entrants must tag @ozito_diy in their entry.
• Entrants must have a public Instagram account
during the Promotion Period.
• Entries must remain publicly visible during the
Promotion Period.
• One entry per person.
Judging Criteria:
Entries will be judged based on:
• Creativity and originality of the DIY project;
• Uniqueness of the concept;
• Quality of the content submitted; and
• Alignment with the DIY July competition theme
The five (5) winners will be selected by the judges based on the above criteria.
Winner(s) will be notified via Instagram Direct Message week commencing the 3rd of August 2026.
Winner(s) must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, a new winner may be selected.
Entry Materials:
Any content submitted as part of an entry, including images, videos, reels, captions or other materials, must:
• Be the entrant’s own original creation;
• Not infringe any third-party rights;
• Not contain offensive, discriminatory, defamatory
or unlawful material; and
• Include permission from any person appearing in
the content.
By entering, entrants grant Einhell Australia Pty Ltd permission to repost, share, edit, adapt and use submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes across Ozito and Einhell Australia social media channels and other owned marketing platforms.

By entering, winners consent to the use of their name and Instagram handle for promotional purposes. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any liability in connection with this giveaway.
